That’s a wrap! The 2016 Maui Wowi® Franchise Conference was full of PASSION! This was a conference by the franchisees, for the franchisees and it exceeded expectations.
The Maui Wowi ‘ohana came together from all across the country to gain knowledge, resources, and tools designed to help them achieve their goals. Throughout three information-packed days, there was an impeccable display of support. The Franchise Advisory Council, Directors of Regional Support, Regional Directors of Operations, and the entire brand team, presented a unified commitment to supporting each and every franchisee.
For many franchisees, a big motivating factor to attend these conferences is to network with their peers and gain insight from one another that they can then take home and implement into their own business strategy.
“Nothing compares to shaking people’s hands and looking them in the eye. Being able to reconnect in person with members of the Maui Wowi Brand Team is great, but rubbing elbows with other franchisees from around the country is always re-energizing,” said franchisee Ross Harried, winner of the ‘Ohana Award. “Chatting with them about what they’re doing and how they’re doing it; staying cutting edge on best practices and being inspired by stories from the other franchisees, that’s what I was hoping to get, and conference definitely delivered that!”
Franchisees also attended hyper-focused informational sessions aimed at adding greater value to their business. Many of the sessions were presented by franchisees themselves, providing a real-world perspective on topics that matter to the ‘ohana.
This year’s franchise conference provided exceptional value and brought everyone together for a common goal. It also was a reminder that Maui Wowi is unique. It is a brand in which franchisees work together; where everyone, from the top down, is committed to helping franchisees grow their individual businesses, while continuing to grow the brand.
